Ordering & Delivery
There are a number of ways you can place an order:
1.Online using your credit card through our secure server (we accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.
2.Email your order and we can call you to organize payment via direct deposit.
We protect your data with a 128-bit single-root SSL Certificate, signed by GeoTrust. This ensures that your credit card and other private information is secure, and cannot be intercepted!
To organize direct deposit - please email us at mail@miaandollie.com.au and we will provide you the necessary information.
If you are paying by direct deposit, please note we will not send your goods until "FULL" money has been placed into our account. Please email us once you have organized payment and write your name and order ID in message field of your transaction.
All stock is subject to availability. Whilst we will make every effort to represent items as accurately as possible, colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
All pricing on www.miaandollie.com.au are also subject to change.
Delivery within Australia
We charge a flat rate of $7.50 Australia wide on all orders.
Returns/Exchanges:
We at Mia and Ollie want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, we will gladly accept your purchase for a refund for fourteen (14) days after receipt of your order as long as all items are in original condition, unused and/or unworn, all labels must be intact and in original packaging. Sorry all shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item for exchange is for an incorrect size, please include an addressed pre-paid satchel for your new item to be returned to.
Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.
Faulty Goods:
At Mia and Ollie all items are checked and packaged with care. However we cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should you find an item by faulty, we need the purchaser to contact us via email. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact.
Out of Stock Items
If an item you are selecting in "out of stock" or unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to suggest alternatives.
If an item is displayed as "more soon" and you would love to have it, please contact us and let us know. We will do our utmost to put this item aside for you when it arrives and contact you to organize payment.
